Directions for Use:

Exfoliate skin prior to application.
Simply apply your desired amount of product with a clean tanning mitt and buff into your skin for a smooth, even, golden tan.
To ensure a long lasting tan, moisturise every day.
Leave for 4-8 hours depending on the depth of tan you want to achieve before rinsing off.
Allow skin to be touch dry before applying loose clothing.
Suitable for all skin types.

I have used a lot of different tans over the years and this tan is by far the best for multiple reasons! The tan applies easy and evenly, it doesn't have a pungent smell, it's NOT sticky(thank goodness) and smells delicious! LOVE!
