Return Policy

We are confident that you and your skin will adore your Lust products, however in any event that you do wish to exchange or return a product, we are happy to do so under certain circumstances. 

Exchange/ Store Credit: 

We are unable to refund cosmetics or skincare due to change of mind for hygiene reasons. We can exchange any product that is unopened/unused for a store credit. 

Faulty Items:

If any of our products are found to be defective, we will exchange the product. 

Exchange / Return Process 

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 10 days and we will issue the replacement.  Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely. All exchanges are processed at our HQ within 3 business days of receiving the product. The product is then sent back to you via Express Shipping at no additional cost. 

We highly recommend tracking your parcel as we do not take responsibility for any lost parcels when returning damaged stock or for postal charges.

Cancellation Policy: 

Unfortunately we do not usually cancel accepted orders. In addition, You may cancel an order if it hasn't reached our dispatch team and you haven't received a confirmation email.  In which case you adhere and are required to pay a cancellation fee of 15% of your order value due to the payment providers charging us nonrefundable fees and the admin fees to cancel your order. 

Note:

Our range is solely a mineral makeup range and is designed to be only used with our product range. Using our range with a synthetic range or another brand may cause products to separate and to not sit or blend well, overall affecting the performance. We do not take responsibility for this as we highly suggest using only Lust Minerals primer, liquid foundation, powder foundation and setting powder together. We do not refund used products. Samples are recommended to be purchased first or add to your full size order to try first. 

Please note that colours may slightly differ to photos and batches due to their natural nature. Please allow 10% variations between shade purchases.
