Express shipping is the time in which the courier takes to deliver your parcel from the time it's picked up from our warehouse to the time it arrives to you. This does not send your parcel to the front of our order que. We package all orders in the order in which they arrive in the system unless you select and pay for the Jump the Queue Service at checkout in which your order will move to the front of the queue.

Yes we do offer international shipping to most countries.

If all your selected items are in stock your order will usually be sent within 1-2 days and then it is sent with Australia Post. Generally 3-5 business days is the average but could be sooner
or later depending on where you are located.

We offer same day dispatch (outside of sale periods) so if you place your order before 2pm, we will have it dispatched the same day. Depending on whether you select standard or express will ultimately affect the arrival time. Once the parcel has left our Warehouse, we don't have control over this.

with your full name, order number, address and product. Please ensure the product is packaged well and returned in the same condition. Note we can’t accept scratched, used or damaged stock including boxes.

The Lust Minerals team understand different customers prioritise different values when it comes to shopping therefore whilst there is still stock in the old packaging it will be available at a discounted price. This means that whether price or package quality is of higher importance to you, there is an option for each. Please note: not all shades and products are available in both old and new packaging.

If your product is unused or unopened we can swap this free of charge for you as long as the return is sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Due to hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened/used products.
We do have samples available on the website to purchase and we encourage you to add this onto your full size purchase as it allows you to open and trial the sample shade first before opening the full size.

For a seamless, perfected application using the Round Blending Brush or damp Pro Blender is strongly encouraged. The sponge on the Pro Finish Foundation and brush on the Stick Cream Foundation have been added for extra convenience for on the go application. Similar to other application tools, both features work best when foundation is applied to the face in sections and blended in circular and pressing motions.

To thoroughly clean the sponge and brush attached to the Pro Finish and Stick Cream Foundation use the Brush Cleaner and face washer to buff out excess product and water. Baby Shampoo can also be used to clean both applicators and remove prior to cleaning and ensure they are thoroughly dried before re attaching to the product

Our Pressed and Loose Powder foundations offer a very similar finish and it purely comes down to personal preference. Both offer similar coverage. Our loose powder has a very slight illuminate in it to give a natural glow. Our Pressed powder is a more matte finish.

We highly recommend you prime your face using either our Mineral Primer for normal- drier skins and our Mattifying Primer for normal - oily skins and those who like a more matte finish. This will ensure your foundation products bind well to your skin. We also highly recommend you set your base using one of our setting powders. This will ensure your base lasts all day, prevents too much shine and prevents transferring.

We have a colour matching service where our friendly and highly trained skin specialists would be more than willing to assist you in choosing your perfect shade and the best products suitable to your skin type.

Our Powder Foundations are designed to add coverage and SPF properties to your base. We would recommend you still set your base using specifically designed setting powders.

We believe it is important to cleanse your skin in the morning to remove any excess oils along with cleansing twice in the evening; one to remove your makeup and one to cleanse your skin and pores.

Our trio serums when used together are designed to replace other skin moisturisers. Using these alongside our cleanse and exfoliate should be sufficient skin care routine.

Each serum is designed for a specific purpose, depending on your concerns would depend on which serums will best suit you. The Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C serums are designed to penetrate the skin for the best results, you will need to use these with a carrier like our rejuvenation oil or a moisturiser. We have designed 3 different serums to ensure they are at their highly concentration level.
