Social Media
We are now entering our next phase of growth and we're looking for a Social Media Superstar to help take us there. This isn't just posting pretty pictures or jumping on the latest trend.
We're looking for someone who understands that every piece of content has a purpose. Someone who can think strategically, create content that connects, and understand how social media contributes to brand growth, community engagement and sales.
Social media is a major part of our business. Every platform, campaign and piece of content needs to work together to tell a consistent story and create a seamless customer journey.
You'll be responsible for planning, creating, filming, editing, posting and reporting on content across all social platforms while constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance and drive results.
You'll be both behind and in front of the camera, bringing our brand to life every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Creating engaging short-form and long-form content
- Filming, editing and publishing content
- Managing content calendars and campaign rollouts
- Identifying trends and opportunities while staying true to the brand
- Collaborating closely with marketing, customer support and partnerships teams
- Building community engagement and fostering genuine customer connections
- Monitoring performance and using insights to continually improve results

- Previous social media experience is essential
- Strong video editing skills
