    Executive Assistant - Full-Time 

    As the EA, you will be at the heart of the business, supporting the CEO in both strategic and day-to-day operations. You will anticipate needs, manage priorities, and act as a trusted partner, sometimes representing the CEO in meetings and decision-making forums. This role requires not just organisation and support, but also leadership qualities to hold the wider team accountable and help drive execution across the business.

    This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back you will be hands-on across many aspects of the brand, from coordinating projects to scheduling emails, supporting with backend website updates, and ensuring communication flows seamlessly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and is excited to take on new challenges.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner closely with the CEO as her trusted confidant, providing seamless support and acting as her second brain.

    • Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and priorities to ensure focus on high-value work.

    • Support with project management across eCommerce, marketing, product launches, and brand initiatives.

    • Represent the CEO in meetings when required, ensuring actions and follow-ups are delivered with clarity.

    • Work closely with the leadership team to drive accountability, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

    • Anticipate business needs and prepare the CEO with all information required for meetings, presentations, and strategic decisions.

    • Assist with hands-on operational tasks such as scheduling emails, updating backend website content, or coordinating digital assets.

    • Strengthen communication and alignment across the team, acting as a bridge between the CEO and wider business.

    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including partners, and external agencies.

    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work.

    About You

    • Experience: 5+ years as an EA or similar senior support role, ideally within a fast-paced eCommerce, retail, or digital brand environment.

    • Leadership: Strong ability to hold others accountable, influence respectfully, and represent the CEO with professionalism.

    • Business Acumen: Clear understanding of eCommerce operations, marketing, and brand-building.

    • Can-Do Attitude: You thrive on learning new systems and tasks quickly, whether it’s scheduling campaigns, supporting with backend updates, or tackling a new challenge head-on.

    • Proactive & Organised: Always thinking two steps ahead and able to bring calm and structure to a fast-moving environment.

    • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the CEO in high-level settings.

    • Tech-Savvy: Confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Shopify familiarity is a plus).

    • Long-Term Mindset: While this role begins as maternity cover, you are looking for stability, commitment, and an opportunity to grow within the business.
