     Skin Specialist & Customer Support

    Hours: Part Time/ Causal Opportunities available.

    Shifts varying between day/evenings and weekends -  7am - 9:30pm (Mon-Fri) & 8am - 9pm (Sat-Sun)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the face of Lust Minerals, guiding customers on their clean beauty journey with expert advice and support.
    • Provide exceptional customer support both online and occasionally over the phone or in person.
    • Address skin concerns with your technical expertise, ensuring high satisfaction and positive experiences.
    • Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and offer tailored solutions.
    • Engage with our Clean Beauty Community with a focus on clear, effective communication and high attention to detail.
    • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong customer support and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
    • Technical support and analytical skills to address skin concerns and product-related queries.
    • Experience in skincare or dermatology is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of beauty products.
    • Relevant certification or diploma in skin, skincare, beauty, or a related field.
    • Positive, energetic attitude with a readiness to tackle both glamorous and routine tasks.
    • Driver's license required.
