Creative Marketing Lead 

Full Time Role - 40 hours per week

In-House; Warana Office, Sunshine Coast

As the Marketing Lead, you will be the driving force behind growing the online presence of both brands - Lust Minerals and our new sister brand launching soon! You'll be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Your focus will be on driving traffic, increasing sales, fostering community engagement, and creating eye-catching, out-of-the-box content that resonates with our audience. If you're a master of brand storytelling, excel in paid media, and know how to target customers at every stage of their journey, this role is perfect for you.

You will take a hands-on approach to both organic and paid media to keep the brands relevant, on-trend, and aligned with brand values. You'll design creative campaigns that make a lasting impact, pushing boundaries to ensure content resonates deeply and captures attention.

In addition to social media management, you may also support email and SMS marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, helping to drive conversions and maintain ongoing communication with our customer base. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Business Manager, and the rest of the marketing team to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with overarching business goals.

This is a hands-on, creative, and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who loves experimenting with new ideas, tracking performance data, and making adjustments to optimise results.

Qualifications/About You

  • Comms or Marketing Degree preferred but not essential
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube and Instagram 
  • CRM email marketing management experience – Klaviyo (preferred)
  • Confident and wise beyond their years
  • A strong communicator and team player who enjoys supporting team members

     SENIOR - Skin Specialist & Customer Support Team Leader

    Hours: Full-Time Role

    40 Hours Per Week - Monday - Sunday.

    The majority of hours will be Monday-Friday with some support (out of office) hours for your Team on the weekends if required. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example as the face of Lust Minerals, offering expert advice and guidance to customers on their clean beauty journey, while actively supporting and mentoring your team.
    • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including online (main point of contact), phone, and occasionally in-person interactions.
    • Leverage your advanced beauty expertise to address skin concerns, recommend the right products, perform colour matches, and conduct skin consultations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and positive experiences.
    • Conduct regular audits of your team's performance and department metrics, monitoring KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times to ensure goals are met.
    • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members, fostering continuous improvement and development.
    • Take ownership of and resolve difficult or complex customer inquiries, maintaining a calm and professional tone under pressure.
    • Engage with the Clean Beauty Community, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and accurate, with a focus on delivering the highest level of service.
    • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing both hands-on customer support and team leadership responsibilities.
    • Regularly report findings, team performance, and customer insights to the CEO and Business Manager, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:

    • Strong customer support and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
    • Experience in Shopify, Gorgias and Social Media Platforms preferred - not essential. 
    • Leadership experience preferred but not required if an individual shows the right qualities/skills. 
    • Experience in skincare or dermatology is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of beauty products.
    • Relevant certification or diploma in skin, skincare, beauty, or a related field.
    • Positive, energetic attitude with a readiness to tackle both glamorous and routine tasks.
    • Driver's license required.

    Warehouse Pick & Packer - Casual

    Overview: We have an exciting position for a hardworking individual in our fast paced Warehouse. Within this role, you will be required to pick and pack customer orders for dispatch or pickup. You will need to meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner, and ensure you are creating a positive experience for our customers through attention to detail, and ensuring that you are fulfilling the order correctly with love and care. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Pick & Pack all of our customer orders within the required deadlines to ensure minimal delays for customers
    • This position is team centric and requires a highly organised individual to be able to work well within a team, to ensure we are dispatching orders on time and with 100% accuracy.
    • Understand stock levels of products and be conscious of fast movers to ensure you have sufficient stock to complete orders.
    • Resolve order edits, out of stock items, backorders and unfulfilled orders promptly. 
    • Restock shelves regularly to maintain sufficient stock in bays.
    • Learn and develop a strong understanding of the systems we use for customer orders, stock management and shipping.
