Ecommerce Marketing Strategist

We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Strategist who doesn’t just “run campaigns”… you think about how everything connects. Someone who can take a product, a moment, or a campaign and turn it into a cohesive strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion.

This role is perfect for a commercially-minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to turn creative ideas into measurable growth. You’ll be someone who can zoom out to see the full picture, but also jump in and make things happen.

As the Ecommerce Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for connecting our campaigns, content, email, and onsite experience to drive performance across our ecommerce ecosystem.

You won’t just plan, you’ll execute, optimise, and refine. From campaign strategy through to EDMs and website experience, you’ll play a key role in how we show up and convert.

This is a hands-on, strategic, and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who loves both the creative and commercial side of marketing

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Take products, launches, and key brand moments and build out full campaign strategies that connect across channels. Ensure campaigns are not just creative, but commercially effective.

Customer Journey & Conversion Focus: Own and optimise the full ecommerce journey, from awareness through to purchase. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and overall customer experience.

Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Own the strategy and execution of EDM campaigns within Klaviyo. Plan, build, and optimise emails that drive revenue, engagement, and retention. Work across campaign sends, automations, and performance tracking.

Website & Shopify Optimisation: Work within Shopify to ensure the website reflects current campaigns and is optimised for conversion. Support landing pages, product storytelling, and onsite messaging to improve user experience and sales.

Social Strategy Direction: Provide strategic direction across social channels to ensure content aligns with campaigns and commercial goals. Work closely with the content team to guide messaging, priorities, and performance focus.

Content & Campaign Alignment: Ensure all channels email, social, and website are aligned and working together. Provide clear direction so execution feels cohesive and on-brand.

Performance & Growth: Track campaign and channel performance, identify what’s working, and continuously optimise. Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve results over time.

About You

  • 2+ years experience in ecommerce marketing or a similar role
  • Strong B2C marketing experience
  • Proven experience with Klaviyo (campaigns and flows)
  • Strong experience working within Shopify
  • Solid understanding of the ecommerce customer journey and conversion
  • Commercial mindset with an ability to connect creativity to results
  • Experience working across campaigns, email, and digital channels
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Solutions-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and the digital space
