Points are valid for 12 months from when you join the Boarding Pass tier. After one year, if you haven’t redeemed points or placed an order, these will expire.

Your Runway Reward tier is determined based on how many points you have. Simply earn more points to level up your status. 

Unfortunately this isn’t possible. Please ensure you use your correct email upon signing up, and checking out to redeem your points. Points can’t be refunded or reinstated when used. If you place an order under a separate email, or without logging in, we can’t add those points to your main account.
