1. Promotion Period

The Lust Minerals $500 Cash Giveaway opens at 12:00am AEST on 31 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Lust Minerals, or anyone directly involved in conducting the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To receive an entry, eligible entrants must complete and submit the official $500 Cash Giveaway sign-up form during the Promotion Period.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

4. Bonus Entries

Throughout the Promotion Period, Lust Minerals may provide opportunities to earn additional or bonus entries through selected campaign activities, social media posts or community activations.

The relevant post or communication will clearly explain what entrants need to do to receive the additional entry or entries.

All bonus-entry requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant communication and may be subject to verification by Lust Minerals.

Each valid entry received will be included individually in the final prize draw.

5. The Prize

There is one prize of AUD $500 cash to be won.

The total prize pool is AUD $500.

The prize will be paid to the winner via electronic bank transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.

The prize is not transferable to another person at the winner’s request.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place shortly after the Promotion Period ends at Lust Minerals HQ, Queensland.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry and announced via Lust Minerals’ owned channels shortly after the promotion has ended.

The winner will be required to respond and provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange payment of the prize.

We will never ask the winner to pay a fee or provide payment to Lust Minerals in order to claim their prize.

8. Unclaimed Prize

The winner will have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period or is found to be ineligible, Lust Minerals reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable laws.

Any redraw winner will be notified using the same method.

9. Verification of Entries

Lust Minerals reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including any bonus entries earned during the Promotion Period.

Lust Minerals may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise engages in conduct intended to unfairly manipulate the promotion.

10. Marketing & Privacy

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used by Lust Minerals for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

Where an entrant has consented to receive marketing communications, Lust Minerals may also use their details to send news, product launches, offers and other marketing communications.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise valid giveaway entry.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Lust Minerals Privacy Policy.

11. Social Media

This promotion may be promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other social media platforms; however, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social platform.

Entrants release those platforms from any responsibility in connection with the promotion.

12. General

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside of Lust Minerals’ reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, Lust Minerals reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

Lust Minerals’ decision regarding the administration of the promotion and validity of entries is final, subject to applicable Australian laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
