Lust Rewards is our loyalty program created to reward you for shopping with Lust Minerals. Members can earn points, move through five membership tiers and unlock exclusive rewards and benefits along the way.

Create a Lust Minerals loyalty account online to join Inner Circle. Membership is free. If you have placed an order with us before, ensure you create your account using the same email address you used for your order.

No. We have just revamped our existing Lust Rewards program, so you do not need to join again. Simply log in using your existing account details.

Your existing points will remain in your account and automatically carry across to the relaunched rewards program.

Yes. You need a Lust Minerals loyalty account to view and redeem your points.
If you place an order without creating an account, you may receive an email letting you know that you have points waiting. You will need to create an account using the same email address attached to your order to access them.

Log in to your Lust account and click the Rewards tab to view your current Inner Circle tier, points balance, tier progress and available rewards.

You will earn one Inner Circle point for every $1 spent on eligible Lust Minerals purchases. You may also have opportunities to earn bonus points through selected promotions and activities. Every 200 points can be redeemed for a $10 reward.

Log in to your Lust Minerals account and click the Rewards tab on our website to view your current points balance, tier, tier progress and available rewards.

You can redeem your available points at checkout. Please ensure there are no other offers or discount codes applied to your cart.

Yes. Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any points that are not redeemed within this period will expire.

We may send you email reminders about your points balance, available rewards and upcoming expiry dates. However, it is your responsibility to keep your account details current and redeem your points before they expire. You can check your points balance by logging in to your account at any time.

Lust Rewards has five membership tiers. Your tier is determined by your eligible spend during the applicable 12-month qualification period. As you move through the tiers, you will unlock additional benefits and rewards. You can view your current tier, progress and available benefits by logging in to your account. You will move into a higher tier once your eligible spend reaches the required amount for that tier. Your account may take a short time to update after an eligible order has been processed.

Yes. To remain in your current tier, you must maintain the required spend within the 12-month qualification period. If you do not meet the required spend, you will move to the tier that reflects your eligible annual spend.

There are three tier gifts available, one for each of Tiers 3, 4 and 5. When you move into a new eligible tier, you will receive an email explaining how to redeem your gift. Tier gifts must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided and are subject to availability.

Yes. Tier gifts must be redeemed within 30 days. If a gift is not redeemed within this period, it may expire.

Lust Rewards rewards cannot be combined with another discount code, promotion or offer unless we specifically state otherwise. Any exclusions will be shown when you redeem the reward.
