SHIPPING POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address they enter at checkout is correct. Whilst we can do our best to update the shipping details after the order has been placed if an error was made, we can't guarantee anything. This is because our Warehouse Team have a quick turn around with printing and shipping customer orders and it may have already left our Warehouse. 

Please thoroughly check your details at checkout. 

Australia Post Recent Update-

As of July 2023, Australia Post will be providing all tracking updates through their App. Kindly note, that with this recent update, collection notification cards will no longer be left at the premise if you are not home to receive your parcel, however you will receive instant updates and notifications via the App for your reference.

SHIPPING RATES

Australia:

Each customer will be able to select their preferred shipping method and courier at checkout. 

Orders under $149.00 within Australia can select the below shipping methods: 

  • Standard shipping via Aramex  $7.70 
  • Standard shipping via AusPost  $10.00 
  • Express shipping via AusPost  $12.00  
  • Jump the Queue Service $18.00 - Priority Picking + Dispatch (even during sale periods) and will be sent via Australia Post Express 

Orders over $149.00 within Australia can select the below shipping methods:

  • FREE Standard shipping via Aramex
  • Standard shipping upgrade to Aus Post for only $2.00
  • Express shipping upgrade via AusPost  $4.00
  • Jump the Queue Service $18.00 - Priority Picking + Dispatch (even during sale periods) and will be sent via Australia Post Express

    SAME DAY DISPATCH

    For orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, we'll dispatch them on the same day (excluding sale periods - there may be slight delays due to a higher volume of orders). Please note that dispatch means the items leave our Warehouse. Once they're with the courier, we're unable to control delivery times. Please keep an eye on your tracking link for delivery updates. Delivery times will vary depending on the option you selected at checkout (express or standard delivery). 

    International:

    We offer International shipping rates as well and these are based on the country of delivery and vary from time to time.  The total delivery fee will be calculated and displayed once you have entered a delivery address.

    *Please note we are not liable for any further taxes and fees charged to the customer upon arriving for international orders if any applies. 

    Delivery Timeframes – Australia

    Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 10 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

    Express Delivery: Please allow 2 – 4 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

    NOTE- *Delivery times may vary as Australia Post or Aramex can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control.

    Delivery Timeframes – International Orders

    International Standard Delivery: Please allow 1 – 2 weeks* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

    International Express Delivery: Please allow 4 – 7 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

    NOTE- *Delivery times may vary as the Courier can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control. 

    Transit Cover

    We highly recommend that you add transit cover to your order for $3.00. This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 30 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we will issue a replacement if transit cover has been approved. 

    Please note we are not liable for orders that have been delivered with proof of delivery supplied from the courier (photo taken, ID presented or signature received) and transit cover will not cover for these situations. 

    In the event that you do not add Transit Cover to your order, we are also no longer liable for your parcel, as once it is with the courier, it is out of our control. 

    Packing

    All Lust products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition – each order is carefully wrapped.

    Dispatch & Delivery

    Orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment, unless you have opted for our Jump the queue service which will be 1-2 business days. On the rare occasion your product is out of stock it could take 10-14 days for your item to be dispatched. You will be notified by email with an estimated time of departure for back order items.

    Part Ship

    If an item is out of stock, you will be notified when you add this item to your cart. Please note all your items will be shipped together once your out of stock item arrives. If you do wish to part ship and receive your other products sooner, we offer a discounted shipping rate of $8.00. Please email support@lustminerals.com.au to arrange this.
