Orders over $100 will also be able to select the NEW Jump the queue Service for only $10.00. Your order will receive priority picking and if ordered before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day via AusPost Express.
We offer International shipping rates as well and these are based on the country of delivery and vary from time to time. The total delivery fee will be calculated and displayed once you have entered a delivery address.

We highly recommend that you add transit cover to your order for $2.00. This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 30 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we will issue a replacement if transit cover has been approved.
In the event that you do not add Transit Cover to your order, we are no longer liable for your parcel.
All Lust products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition – each order is carefully wrapped.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment, unless you have opted for our Jump the queue service which will be 1-2 business days. On the rare occasion your product is out of stock it could take 10-14 days for your item to be dispatched. You will be notified by email with an estimated time of departure for back order items.
If any of our product is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange the product.
Please return the product, in its original packaging with proof of purchase, within 10 days and we will issue the replacement.
Any Shipping fees incurred by sending back the damaged/faulty product to LUST Minerals head office can be refunded. To be eligible for a shipping and charges refund, Proof of receipt for shipping fees and charges must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not take responsibility for any lost parcels when returning damaged stock. Tracking is recommended.
Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely.
We do not accept responsibility for postal charges when exchanging goods nor do we exchange or refund due to change of mind.
We will gladly exchange any unused product due to incorrect colour choice.
Our range is solely a mineral makeup range and is designed to be only used with our product range. Using our range with a synthetic range or another brand may cause products to separation and to not sit or blend well. We do not take responsibility for this. We do not refund used products. Samples are recommended to be purchased first.
