The offer tends to rotate monthly, and is redeemable at checkout by spending a certain amount with us. Follow the prompts at the checkout when you reach the spend qualifier. Just a reminder it can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Q: How do I redeem the Gift with Purchase?
A: Whether you're shopping on our website or through our mobile app, you can redeem the FREE gift in 3 simple steps (or less)!
- Via the Lust Minerals Website
If you're shopping via our website, you'll need to add the required minimum spend amount to your cart to activate a pop-up. This will give you the option to add the free gift to your cart. Simply click the "Click to add free gift" button, and the gift will be added to your cart. Just be sure not to remove the code or try to apply another code or it will charge you full price for the gift. If you do this by mistake no problem, remove the free gift and add it again and the code will auto re apply for you.
- Via Lust Minerals App
The process is just as easy even when shopping through our mobile app. There will be a banner with steps on how to redeem the free gift. You will need to add products to your cart to the required spend amount, add the product/gift to your cart, and apply the relevant discount code.
Please note that once the order has been placed, we can not manually add this for you. It needs to be processed at time of checkout. If you ever need further support or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Q: Can I use multiple discount codes in the one order?
A: Our system only allows for one discount code to be used per order, per person.
The reason for this is because we have so many amazing offers and promotions running at all times and we want to keep it fair for our community. In most cases, our discount codes have a minimum of a 6 month expiry, so rest assured, you can definitely save one of your codes to be used on your next order!
Q: Why was I charged for the FREE gift?
There could be a few reasons why you were charged for the free gift. Firstly, it could be that you haven't applied the relevant discount code. When redeeming a free gift, it's essential to ensure that you have applied the correct code, as this will make the item $0 in your cart. If you have not applied the relevant code, the gift will be charged at its regular price.
Additionally, if you have tried to apply a second code at checkout, it may prevent the system from processing the free gift as intended. As mentioned previously, our system only allows for one discount code to be used per order, per person, and trying to apply a second code may cause complications in the checkout process.
If you find yourself in this situation, we suggest you please remove the free gift and re apply it and this way the automatic code will re apply. If you place an order and your charged for the gift we are unable to refund you instead we can create a store credit. This is an automatic code which will apply so the only reason you will be charged is if you try to remove the code to apply another.
If you continue to have difficulty or if you are unsure, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Our team is available to help via our live chat service or email from 7am until 10pm 7 days a week and will be more than happy to assist you further.
Our final tip is to check the terms and conditions of the offer to make sure it is still valid and you are eligible for the promotion. Follow the steps stated in this blog post when applying the codes and ensure that you are reaching the minimum spend or other requirements that apply.
