Accommodation is subject to availability and is valid until 24th October 2027. All travel must be completed before this date, and extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
A surcharge of $200 per night will apply for bookings during Australian school holidays or Easter.
Blackout dates apply between 19 December 2026 and 16 January 2027.
Notice of intent to travel must be received at least 30 days prior to the prize recipient's proposed travel dates.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable to other persons or parties. All components of the prize must be taken together and booked as one package.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18, the prize may, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
Meals, transport and other incidentals are not included unless specifically stated as part of the prize.
Prize winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
BOOKING
The prize recipient will be required to contact the Sea World Resort Reservations Department via email at reservations_swr@vrtp.com.au, quoting the reference number on their voucher to begin the booking process.
The prize recipient must present their prize letter to reception upon arrival.
All accommodation bookings are subject to availability. Notice of intent to travel must be provided at least 30 days prior to the proposed travel dates.
CANCELLATION
Any alterations to confirmed booking details within 7 days of arrival will be at the expense of the prize winner.
