Welcome to our Scratch to Win Black Friday 2025 campaign! By participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

Every order placed with Lust Minerals between November 12th, 4pm AEST and November 21st at 11:59pm AEST will automatically receive a Scratch to Win card in their order.

Every Scratch to Win Card is a winner! Each card will reveal either:

• A voucher to use on your next order, or
• A physical prize, which must be claimed by following the steps outlined below.

We take photo proof of every scratch card being packed into each order. If you cannot locate your scratch card upon delivery and photo proof confirms it was included, Lust Minerals is not responsible for replacing it.

2. Voucher Prizes

• Voucher prizes consist of discount codes or special offers redeemable on a future order.
• The voucher code will be printed directly on your scratch card.
• Each code may have specific conditions, such as:

Product or category limitations

Expiry dates

• Voucher codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Only one voucher can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

3. Physical Prizes

If your Scratch to Win Card reveals a physical prize:

How to Claim:

• You must send a clear photo of your scratch card (showing the revealed prize) to the brand listed on the campaign landing page along with proof of your order.
• Proof of the card is required for all prize redemptions. No photo = no claim.
• Each prize must be claimed within 6 months of receiving the scratch card.
• Unclaimed prizes will expire after 6 months and can not be redeemed.
• No claims will be accepted after May 31st, 2026, regardless of when the scratch card was received.
• Each brand handles their own prize redemption and may have their own terms and conditions.
• Please note: Who is Elijah products are added directly to your Lust Minerals order if you've won one. We document this process by taking a photo of the item being included. If, for any reason, the product is missing upon delivery but we have photo evidence showing it was packed, we are not responsible for replacing it.

Important Notes:

• Brands may require you to cover shipping or handling fees to receive your prize.
• Any questions or issues with the redemption process must be directed to the brand offering the prize.
• If a physical prize is unavailable, the brand may substitute it with a prize of equal value.

4. Discount Code Alternative for Physical Prizes

• In some cases, a discount code will be provided instead of direct fulfilment of the physical item.
• This code can be used to purchase the prize item at a $0 fee on your next order (shipping fees may still apply).
• These discount codes may be subject to:

  Minimum purchase values
  
  Product or category limitations

5. Claim Deadlines

• You have 6 months from the date of receiving your scratch card to claim your prize.
• The absolute final date to claim any prize is May 31st, 2026.
• After this date, no claims will be accepted, regardless of circumstances.

6. General Conditions

• This promotion is valid only for eligible customers and qualifying purchases.
• Scratch cards and prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Each prize is subject to availability and may be changed or substituted at our discretion.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged scratch cards will not be replaced.
• Any tampering with the scratch card or attempts to claim prizes fraudulently will lead to disqualification. Lust Minerals will record the prize assigned to you; prizes are non-transferable and intended for your use only. Sharing or transferring your prize will result in disqualification from redeeming it.

7. Liability & Responsibilities

• Lust Minerals is not responsible for any delays, issues, or disputes involving third-party brands and their prize redemption processes.
• All prize-related concerns (including product quality, delivery, or redemption terms) must be directed to the prize brand.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, or local taxes related to prize redemption.
