While we will continue to pack your orders in the lead up to end of year, please note we do not guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after the below dates and times as per the Australia Post recommendations:
Standard Shipping to Australia: Friday 11th December at 8:00am (AEST)
Express Shipping to Australia: Friday 18th December at 8:00am (AEST)
This means you must place your order on or before the above dates and times in order to ensure it will have time to be dispatched and delivered before Christmas Day.
While we always endeavour to deliver your items as soon as possible, please note that delays with Australia Post may occur due to the impact of COVID-19 to shipping and delivery as well as the usual Christmas rush.
What's happening at Lust over the Christmas and New Year period?
We will continue to pack orders up until and on the 24th December 2020, however please make sure to place your orders by the above dates mentioned in order to receive your delivery before Christmas Day.
We will be open and packing orders from the 28th - 30th December 2020. We will be closed from the 31st December 2020 - 3rd January 2021.
We will reopen for business as normal from 4th January 2021 however customer service will be active and online to assist you over the holiday season excluding public holidays and weekends.
