Step 1: Cleanse — AM & PM.
Apply Calming Cream Cleanser to dry or damp skin. Massage in slow, upward, lifting motions always against gravity. Rinse with Lukewarm water. Double cleanse AM and PM.
Step 2: AHA — PM only, 2–3x per week.
After cleansing, apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on overnight. Do not rinse. Start with twice a week and build up. Always use SPF the following morning. Non-AHA nights: move to step 3.
Step 3: Vitamin B Serum — AM & PM.
Apply and press into face and neck. Facial Massager after to drive deeper and begin lifting work.
Step 4: Eye Cream — AM & PM.
Use your ring finger (it applies the least pressure important around the eyes) to gently pat a pea-sized amount around the eye area. Use Facial Massager upwards with light pressure. Use every day without exception.
Step 5: Moisturise — AM & PM.
