Step 1: Cleanse
Use your cleanser morning and night to remove impurities and prep your skin.
Gently massage in circular motions onto damp skin, avoiding the eye area.
We suggest you double cleanse both AM + PM.

Step 2: Exfoliate
Apply a generous amount of AHA Exfoliant 2–3x per week at night only after cleansing. Leave on for 20 minutes, then cleanse to remove or leave overnight. Follow with moisturiser 30 minutes after application.

Step 3: Eye Cream

Apply the Firming Peptide Eye Cream under the eye area and between brows using your ring finger in an outward motion. Use AM + PM.

Step 4: Moisturise + Seal In

Apply your moisturiser to face and neck in an upward motion both AM and PM to lock in hydration.

What does the Firming Peptide Eye Cream do?
The Firming Peptide Eye Cream is scientifically proven to reduce puffiness and dark circles, while hydrating and firming the delicate under-eye area. It helps improve elasticity and prevent premature ageing around the eyes.

How often should I use the AHA Exfoliating Lotion?
Use 2–3 times per week in the evening after cleansing. Apply generously, leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse or leave overnight if tolerated. Always follow with moisturiser 30 minutes later.

Can I use this system both morning and night?
Yes, but with a small exception:

• Cleanser, Moisturiser and Eye Cream should be used both AM + PM.

• AHA Exfoliant should be used 2–3x per week at night only.

What’s the difference between the two moisturisers included across the systems?

• Probiotic Moisturiser+: Targets breakouts, redness, and oil control. Best for sensitive, oily or acne-prone skin.

• Firming Peptide Moisturiser: Supports skin firming and hydration. Ideal for dry, mature or normal skin.

Is this system safe for sensitive or reactive skin?

Is this a complete skincare routine? Do I need anything else?
This system covers your daily essentials (cleanse, moisturise, eye care) and weekly exfoliation. It’s a complete routine on its own, but you can add in a serum for extra targeted benefits if desired.
