Step 1: Thoroughly cleanse your skin with your favorite cleanser.

Step 2: With clean fingertips, apply the Exfoliating Lotion to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow it to absorb and leave overnight. For tweens, start with 1-2 times per week for 10 minutes or as a spot treatment.

Step 3: For added hydration, follow with a moisturiser 30 minutes after application.

This lotion is ideal for all skin types including dull, congested, textured, or ageing skin. It gently removes dead skin cells, decongests pores, boosts hydration, Allows for better product penetration and helps improve the appearance of fine lines, breakouts, and uneven tone.
2. Is it safe for sensitive or teen skin?
Yes, it’s suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and teenage skin (13+). Tweens and teens should start with 1–2 times per week for 10 minutes before rinsing off.
3. What makes this different from other exfoliators?
Unlike harsh scrubs, this is a natural chemical exfoliant powered by AHAs, Niacinamide, and Hyaluronic Acid. It works gently but effectively to brighten and smooth without irritation, making it perfect for regular use.
4. How often should I use it?
We recommend using it 2–3 times per week at night. If you’re new to AHAs, start with a 20-minute application before rinsing, then build up to overnight use. If your leaving overnight, leave for 30 minutes then apply your moisturiser over the top.
5. Can I leave it on overnight?
Yes, once your skin has adjusted, you can use it as an overnight leave-on treatment. For new users or those with sensitive skin, start slowly and gradually build up tolerance.
6. Will it help with breakouts or congestion?
Absolutely. This formula includes Lactic Acid and Niacinamide, which work to decongest pores, calm inflammation, and prevent future breakouts. You can spot treat on breakouts.
7. Do I need to wear SPF if I use this?
Yes! AHAs can increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun, so we highly recommend wearing SPF daily, especially when using this product.
8. Can I use this alongside other actives like retinol or Vitamin C?
To avoid irritation, we recommend alternating use with other strong actives. For example, use the AHA Exfoliating Lotion on different nights from retinol or Vitamin C.
9. Will I experience tingling or redness?
A mild tingling sensation is normal, especially if you're new to chemical exfoliants. If irritation occurs, reduce usage frequency or rinse off after 10–20 minutes until your skin builds tolerance.
10. How long before I see results?
You may notice smoother, brighter skin after just a few uses. For best results, use consistently 2–3 times per week. Most users report visible improvement in skin clarity and texture within 2–4 weeks.
