What does the Shade Match Guarantee cover?

To be eligible:

• You must have received a shade recommendation from the Lust team before purchasing
• You'll need proof of your colour match and purchase
• Your request needs to be made within the applicable guarantee period
• The guarantee applies to eligible Pro Finish Liquid Mineral Foundation purchases
• Your foundation can be opened and used
• The guarantee provides a shade exchange rather than a refund
• Return postage of the original shade is at the customer's cost, and Lust covers postage of your replacement shade

If you've selected your own shade without being matched by our team first, your purchase won't be covered under the Shade Match Guarantee.
