Start by thoroughly cleansing your face using your cleanser and the Reusable Face Pad. Ensure you double cleanse and start stimulating the skin with a facial massage. Apply the AHA Exfoliating Lotion, leaving it on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing. Follow this with the Clear + Glow Sheet Mask for deep hydration, removing it after 20-30 minutes. Enhance absorption and effectiveness, and target specific skin concerns with a session of LED Light Therapy.

2. Apply AHA Exfoliating Lotion and remove after 20 minutes. 
3. Use the Dermaroller (if you have this - skip if you don't) 
4. Apply Clear + Glow Sheet Mask 
5. Use the 7-in-1 LED Light Therapy Device 

Directions for Dermaroller -

Gently roll the dermaroller over your skin in horizontal and vertical directions ensuring even coverage. It's important to do one section at a time and focus on one direction at a time. It is important before moving onto each separate section, to lift off the roller before you change direction or area. Use light pressure and avoid dragging or pressing too hard, especially on sensitive areas.

Directions for LED Device -

1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start.
2. Select the light mode.
3. Place the massage head against your skin and massage from bottom to top.
4. Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off.

Note: Devices cannot be used while charging. Avoid getting the device wet. Each mode can be used once daily for optimal results. Combine modes for maximum effectiveness.

Discontinue use if you experience any irritation. Remember to apply SPF daily to protect your skin.

We recommend you do a full facial-like experience once a week as below: 

1. Double Cleanse with Reusable Face Pad 

2. Apply AHA Exfoliating Lotion and remove after 20 minutes 

3. Apply Hyaluronic Acid Serum

4. Apply Vitamin B or C Serum 

5. Apply the Clear + Glow Sheet Mask, remove after 20 minutes but leave on residue

6. Use the Dermaroller (if you have this - skip if you don’t). 

7. Gua Sha - applying in upwards motions. 

8. 7-in-1 LED Light Therapy Device 

9. Apply Rejuvenation Eye Cream 

10. Apply Moisturiser 

For the other 6 days, we recommend following your usual skincare routine but adding in the below for maximum results  -

2 x nights use the LED Device.

2 x nights use the Dermaroller.

2 x nights use the Gua Sha.
